This information is here to be verified. If you are entrusting us with a document - particularly a medical, court or commercially confidential one - you should know in whose name the service is registered, in whose name an invoice will be issued, and against whom a complaint can be brought.

Addresses
The sole trader's registered legal address and the actual office where clients are served are two different addresses. This is normal and common practice, but we state it explicitly so that no confusion arises.
Registered legal address
Georgia, Mestia district, village Khaishi. This address is recorded in the registry and is used for official correspondence. Do not use it for an office visit.
Service office
Georgia, Tbilisi, 118 Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue. This is where originals are received, certified paper is handed over and consultations take place. Use this address for a visit.
Online service
The whole of Georgia and abroad. You send the document by email or WhatsApp and receive the translation the same way; a notarized paper is sent by courier.
Branch offices and regional coverage are listed under cities and branches. The Kutaisi office is at Nikea St 18 and the Batumi office at Pirosmani St 18.
Official verification
The details below are based on the public registry extract prepared on 27 January 2026 at 14:59:28. The official extract is uploaded as an unaltered PDF file - neither edited nor marked up. The document contains the application number, the date of registration, the legal form, the identification number and the registered address.
The extract itself is in Georgian, as issued by the registry. Every field it contains is transcribed in English in the table above, so you can match them line by line.
Beyond that, all of these details can be verified independently on the portal of the National Agency of Public Registry using identification number 30601010853.

The extract is prepared for a specific date and is a static document. If the current status matters for your purpose - for a tender or a procurement procedure, for instance - write to us and we will obtain a fresh extract.
Why it matters who the trader is
There are many players in this market who work with nothing but a brand name and a mobile number. While things go well, nobody minds. The problem appears when something does not work out: a document is returned by an authority, a deadline is missed, or commercial information leaks. At that moment the client needs a specific legal subject to address - and that subject should be recorded in the public registry.
A sole trader is no less clear a subject than a limited company. The difference is in the extent of liability: a sole trader answers for obligations personally, with their own property, while a company answers only to the extent of its charter capital. For a client, in other words, a sole trader is the less risky model rather than the more risky one, as is sometimes assumed.
The practical consequence is this: your contract, your invoice, the confidentiality obligation and the correction guarantee are attached to a real, identifiable person - not to a brand that could appear under a different name tomorrow.
Document storage and data protection
A document that reaches us falls into one of three categories, each with its own regime. Material from a one-off order is kept for as long as the correction period and proof of delivery require, then deleted. Material from a regular client is kept for the period set in the contract, because the terminology base and earlier translations rest on that archive.
Notarized documents fall under a separate regime, because a notary has their own archiving obligations under the law. That is not our decision and in that part we follow the notarial rules.
Access to any individual order is limited to the people working on it - the manager, the translator and, where needed, the editor. The detailed rules, including the circumstances in which data may be disclosed at the demand of the law, are set out in the confidentiality policy.
Contracts, invoices and responsibility
A private individual does not normally need a contract: the order and its conditions are recorded in the correspondence, which shows the price, the deadline and the agreed form. With legal entities, state bodies and regular clients we work under a written contract, signed on our side by the individual entrepreneur Mariam Zumadze.
An invoice is issued with the same details published on this page. For regular clients a single consolidated monthly invoice is possible instead of formalising each order separately.
The terms of service, the correction policy and the procedure for bringing a complaint are described under terms of service.
How to start working with us as a legal entity
Tell us what your flow looks like
What types of document, in which languages, roughly how often and to what deadlines. On that basis we prepare a rate and a draft contract fitted to your real flow rather than a generic template.
Contract and details
The contract is signed on our side by the individual entrepreneur Mariam Zumadze, ID 30601010853. Where required we attach a fresh public registry extract and a separate confidentiality agreement.
Terminology base and prepared forms
Your company name, job titles, product names and internal terms are recorded once. Every later document comes out in the same form, even when a different translator does the work.
One invoice a month
Instead of formalising each order separately you receive a single consolidated invoice at the end of the month, listing the work performed. That is considerably simpler for accounting.

In whose name will the invoice be issued?
In the name of the individual entrepreneur Mariam Zumadze, identification number 30601010853. Those are the details to give your accounts department. If you need a contract, write to us and we will send you a draft.
Why are there two different addresses?
The registered legal address is the one recorded in the registry when the trader was registered - the village of Khaishi in the Mestia district. The actual service office is in Tbilisi, at 118 Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue. Always use the Tbilisi address for a visit.
How can I verify that these details are genuine?
Two ways. First, the PDF extract uploaded on this page, prepared by the public registry on 27 January 2026 and kept here unaltered. Second, the portal of the National Agency of Public Registry, where you can search the data independently using identification number 30601010853.
The extract is in Georgian. Can I get it in English?
The extract is issued by the registry in Georgian and we publish it exactly as issued - an edited version would defeat the purpose. Every field it contains is transcribed in English in the details table on this page. If you need a certified English translation of the extract itself for a tender or a foreign counterparty, we can prepare one.
We are bidding for a tender and need a current extract.
Yes. The extract published here is dated and static. If your procedure requires an extract of the current date, write to us and we will obtain one, together with any other supporting documents you need.
Why are prices not stated as specific figures?
Because the price of a translation depends on three variables: the language, the real volume and the form required - bureau stamp, notarization or apostille. A fixed figure misleads clients more often than it helps. The price is agreed after the material is seen and is fixed before the work starts; it does not change afterwards. Orientations are given under translation prices.
Who do I address a complaint to?
The responsible manager, Mariam Zumadze, through the same contact channels. A confirmed error is corrected free of charge under the terms of service. If an authority returned the document because of the translation, send us the written text of the refusal and we prepare the package again at no additional cost.
