TARGMANEBI is a translation bureau in Tbilisi where you can order written and spoken translation in more than 50 languages and language pairs. A first assessment can be done online: send clear photos of every page or a PDF and tell us where you will submit the finished translation.
We handle everyday documents as well as high-stakes ones: passports, civil status certificates, letters, diplomas, powers of attorney, contracts, medical records, company paperwork and technical material. Before work starts we confirm the language pair, the number of pages, the format, the deadline and whether certification is needed.
If you are not sure what you need - an ordinary translation, a certified translation, an apostille or another form - check the receiving institution's requirement first. The type of notarization and whether the original must be shown are decided once we have seen the specific document.

The principles behind our work
A professional approach. A translation is prepared with the content, the purpose of the document and the terminology of its field in mind. In official texts special attention goes to names, dates, numbers and wording - that is where discrepancies most often appear and documents get returned. Why clients trust us with translation
- We work with a very wide range of documents and many language pairs.
- We watch terminology and meaning, and make sure the text reads naturally.
- We explain the process simply, without unnecessary jargon.
- We keep documents confidential and check the important details.
Languages and language pairs
Below are the active language pages. Each describes the translation direction (from the language into Georgian and from Georgian into the language), the document types and the ordering terms. If your language is not listed, contact us - we will check whether a specialist is available.

Language groups by document type
In the list above the languages are grouped by region. Below, the same pages are grouped by the administrative system the documents belong to. This often helps when you know the country but are not sure which language the document is in.
The Nordic countries. Most documents from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland come from a central population register and rely on a personal identity number. The terminology is similar, but the names and forms of certificates differ: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Icelandic. The Baltic states. In Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania much of the paperwork is electronic: a certificate may be issued as a file with a digital signature. The translation then also describes the signature and issuing elements: Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian. The Balkans and South Slavic languages. These languages resemble each other, so the first task is often to establish which country issued the document and in which script - some countries use Cyrillic and Latin side by side: Serbian, Croatian, Macedonian, Slovenian, Bulgarian. Central and Eastern Europe. The civil and business registers of these countries follow common EU practice, but each has its own personal and identification codes, which must come over unchanged: Hungarian, Slovak, Czech, Polish, Romanian. Officially multilingual administrations. In Luxembourg and Malta the same institution issues documents in several languages, sometimes side by side on one sheet. Here we first establish which language version is authoritative: Luxembourgish, Maltese. The South Caucasus and the post-Soviet region. Documents from this region often combine the national language with Russian, and older ones carry archival forms. It matters which language the text is actually written in: Armenian, Azerbaijani, Belarusian, Ukrainian, Tatar. Asian languages. Some Asian documents are bilingual and include English text, others use only the national script. Name structure and order need particular attention: Korean, Vietnamese, Filipino and Tagalog, Bengali, Chinese, Thai, Indonesian. The main Western European languages. The most requested pairs, where a document may come from several countries - a Portuguese-language document from Portugal or from Brazil, for example: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch.Interpreter in Tbilisi and online ordering
You do not need to visit the office for a first assessment. Send a clear photo or PDF, the source and target language, the country or institution where the document will be submitted and your preferred deadline. You will then receive the price, the turnaround and the final form of the translation.
For an accurate estimate it helps to mention a few details at once: what the translation is for (visa, study, work, marriage, court, bank), whether the institution requires notarization or an apostille, whether you have the receiving side's written requirement and how your name is written in your passport. If there are several documents, send them as one package - names, dates and terms will then read the same in every translation and the institution will not see discrepancies between papers.
